    I completed this 12-week program with Somi and felt I gained so much insight into my diet, how the foods I was eating impacted my nutritional intake, and how to balance my diet for my particular needs. I have celiac, and Somi helped me better understand how my diet had to shift to get the nutrients I would typically have obtained from wheat-based products from more vegetable and meat sources. While I was working with Somi I also substantially increased my strength training regime and was able to sustain the new program with very little muscle soreness. I believe this is due to the dietary shifts she had me make. I lost 12 lbs while working with Somi and highly recommend the program. It was great to meet with her. She was very encouraging, offered many suggestions on adjusting my eating and diet, and kept me accountable to improve my nutrition and meet my goals.
